Welcome to the Nashville International Airport® application form for sponsorships.

At Nashville International Airport (BNA®), we are dedicated to supporting our community in achieving our mission of serving the Middle Tennessee region. We recognize the importance of forming partnerships through collaborative initiatives and are committed to enhancing the communities where we live, work, and play.

Since 2015, BNA has been a contributor to deserving organizations throughout Middle Tennessee. We are inspired by groups that work tirelessly toward causes that create a path of excellence for today, tomorrow, and future generations.

Application Process

We are eager to learn more about your organization and explore the possibility of a partnership with us. Please review the important information about the application process below before submitting your application.

Key Selection Criteria & Exclusions:

A.	Organizations must fall within one of our four designated categories for consideration. These categories are: Educational institutions (High schools, Colleges & Universities) Cultural, Civic, & Art Organizations Community Nonprofits Military & Veterans Services
B.	Sponsorships are evaluated on an annual basis. Each sponsorship requires a separate application and past sponsorships do not guarantee a future sponsorship. Priority will be given to organizations that have not received funds in the prior year and will be based on the level of promotion the sponsorship provides.
C.	Generally, sponsorships are not evaluated and approved more than six months prior to the sponsorship event date.
D.	To ensure proper consideration, applications must be submitted at least eight weeks prior to the event. Applications submitted less than eight weeks prior to the event may be automatically declined at our discretion.
E.	Incomplete applications will not be considered.
F.	A completed application does not guarantee that the sponsorship request will be approved. The requester will receive an official confirmation or denial email once a decision has been made.
G.	Approved organizations will be required to complete our vendor application and submit their W-9.
H.	Approved organizations will be required to submit within thirty (30) days following the event the promotional materials that shared our brand, number of attendees, etc. Failure to submit the required materials will impact future requests.
I.	The following requests are not eligible and will not be considered for sponsorships: Requests that do not meet the FAA guidelines according to the FAA Airport Compliance Manual, Order 5190.6B, Appendix E, Section VI ; Individual or personal requests; Political organizations or candidates; Youth sporting leagues; Groups that discriminate on any basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law; Religious organizations, unless for general community benefit and not promoting any religious doctrine; Contributions, donations, and other funding where no benefit or promotion of the airport is given; and/or, Fraternities, sororities, and other social groups, unless for general community benefit and not promoting social group.
